Save The Dates & Join Us as we participate in the Stiles Switch BBQ annual 12 Days of Smoked Meat!
The Switch will be preparing 10 Days of the annual lineup as we are closed on Mondays & Tuesdays weekly. For 10 Days we will feature a one day only special menu item as part of the 12 Days of Smoked Meat Lineup!
Please note: While we anticipate smoking enough of these items to run through the dinner bells, this is a first come first served specialty menu, and each day does run the potential for selling out before we close, so come early for the days you are most excited about. Whatever you do….please Come Happy & Come Hungry!

DAY 1: Wed, 12/8
Smoked Brisket Chile Relleno
Chile relleno stuffed with brisket, roasted Chiles, corn, & jack cheese. Topped with tomato & jalapeno sauce, queso fresco. Served with El Dorado Cheesy rice & Pinto Beans

Smoked Birria French Dip
Smoked Beef Short Rib, Oaxaca cheese, white onion, lime, and cilantro served with beef Au jus for dipping.

Smoked Chicken & Dumplings served with Dunker's Crackers

Callie's Queso Flameado Kolache
Kolache stuffed with chorizo and asadero cheese, topped with pico, avocado, and lime crema. Special Dessert: Bourbon Butterscotch Cinnamon Rolls

Slow Smoked Pork Belly stuffed with cashew pesto served

Smoked Prime Rib served with Smoked Scalloped Potatoes

Smoked Tomahawk Ribeye with Loaded Baked Potato

Smoked Meatloaf Sandwich served with Homemade Onion Rings.
Day 9: Sat, 12/18
OLA MAILMAN SANDWICH
Table Chopped Brisket, Switch Spicy Sausage, yellow onion, mustard sauce, sharp cheddar aerated cheese sauce on a Olamaie Biscuit. Served with Buttermilk and Tabasco Potato Chips.
