DISCADA BARBECUE TACOS

collaboration with Chef Philip Speer of Comedor

Housemade Corn Torillas. Chorizo, Brisket, Pulled Pork, & Spicy Sausage cooked Discada style with onion, chili, and Negro Modello topped with Chef Philp Speers Habanero Salsa. Served by the plate with Spanish Rice & Brisket Pinto Beans.

SMOKED CHICKEN RELLENO

with Spicy Suiza Sauce. Served with Green Chile Rice & Brisket Pinto Beans

Sliced Smoked Brisket Tacos, Asadero en la Plancha, Roasted Red Salsa, Guacamole, Lime. Served on Flour Tortillas with Spanish Rice and Brisket Pinto Beans.
