Wed, December 7th - Smoked Brisket Chili Relleno - Chile Relleno Stuffed with Brisket, Roasted Chiles, Corn, & Jack Cheese. Topped with Tomato and Jalapeno Sauce & Queso Fresco. Served with El Dorado Cheesy Rice & Pinto Beans. Guest Collaboration with Joel Fried of El Dorado Cafe.
Thrs, December 8th - Smoked Chicken and Dumplings served with Dunker's Crackers.
Fri, December 9th - Chicken Fried Beef Rib served with Cream Gravy & Cheesy Tater Tot Casserole. Beef Rib is Smoked and then chicken fried to a golden brown.
Sat, December 10th - *Cajun Christmas* - Bowl of Switch Gumbo: Smoked Chicken & Sausage Gumbo served over Potato Salad & a link of House Made Brisket Boudin served with Hot Sauce & Dunker's Crackers.
Sun, December 11th - Smoked Brisket Meatloaf served with Mashed Potatoes and Gravy.
MONDAY, DECEMBER 12th - & TUESDAY, DECEMBER 13th CLOSED
Wed, December 14th - Smoked Prime Rib served with Creamed Spinach & our Horseradish Cream Sauce for dipping.
Thrs, December 15th - SMOKED TOMAHAWK RIBEYE served with a LOADED BAKED POTATO.
Fri, December 16th - The Switch Dip - Smoked Tri Tip sliced thin. Dressed with Swiss Cheese, Horseradish Aioli on a fresh hoagie. Serve with a side of Roasted Beef Bone Broth for dipping & a side of Hawg Rub Seasoned French Fries.
Sat, December 17th - Ola Mailman Sandwich - Table Chopped Brisket with Switch Original Sausage, Yellow Onion, Mustard Sauce, Sharp Cheddar Cheese Sauce, on an Olamaie Biscuit. Served with Buttermilk & Tabasco Potato Chips. Guest Collaboration with Chef Michael Fojtasek of Olamaie & Lil Ola's Biscuits.
Sun, December 18th - Holiday Tamales - House Made Fresh Ground Masa, (1) Smoked Brisket Tamale with Red Roasted Salsa & (1) Pulled Pork Tamale with Avocado Cream Sauce. Served by the Plate with Spanish Rice, Pinto Beans, Chile Con Queso & Chips.
Please Note: Tamales are served by the plate not by the dozen.
